Billing Information

Automatic Renewal

For subscription-based Services, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. By subscribing to such Services, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee at the then-current rate.

Refunds

Our refund policy for different types of Services is as follows:

• Consultations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
• Classes and Workshops: Refunds are available up to 7 days before the start date, minus a 10% administrative fee. No refunds are provided within 7 days of the start date, but you may transfer your registration to another person.
• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless the product is defective.

If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, you or DeepWellness Homeopathy may proceed with formal dispute resolution.

Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted by one arbitrator, in the English language, and shall take place in Hillsborough, North Carolina.

The arbitrator may award any relief that would be available in a court, including injunctive or declaratory relief and attorneys' fees. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and DeepWellness Homeopathy waive any right to a jury trial.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Limitation Period

Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.

These final provisions apply to the overall Terms and your relationship with DeepWellness Homeopathy.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and DeepWellness Homeopathy concerning your use of our Services.

Waiver

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Severability

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, or Internet service disruptions.
